Hello! I love fall so much and I was thinking how can I make my apartment look a little more like this wonderful season. I put together this easy and cheap fall home decor. If you would like to make it, keep reading!
What you will need:
- Ribbon
- A bucket
- Decor rocks
- Glue Gun
- Scissors
- Ribbon
- Pen
- Index Card
- Marker
- Post Card
Part 1:
- Cut off a reasonable amount of ribbon to fit the side of your bucket.
- Fold the ribbon over and under the end of the bucket.
- Cut off the extra ribbon.
- Place ribbon in place on the bucket.
- Glue the ribbon.
- Place the ribbon on bucket.
- Fill the bucket with rocks.
Part 2 (optional): Add a Banner
8. Take the pen and draw an upside down triangle on the index card.
9. Cut out the triangle and you now have a stencil.
10. Trace the stencil on the post card to create however many letters you will need for your word. I made "FALL" so I needed 4.
11. Outline the triangles you drew on the post card with a marker and write the letters in each triangle.
12. Cut slits at the top of the triangles before cutting the triangles out.
13. Cut out each triangle.
14. Tie the ribbon on top of the rocks from one side to the other.
15. Fold down the top of each triangle.
16. Turn the triangles over and apply gun to the top of the triangles.
17. Fold the triangles to the ribbon and apply pressure to secure the triangle in place.
You can tie the ribbon across the top of the rocks or on the front. You're now finish and have this wonderful fall decor that you can place anywhere.
